Pros
•Supportive colleagues. •Fun events and holiday celebrations including annual turkey fry, cinco de mayo, Halloween. •Convenient locations for both headquarters and TDC. •Diverse workforce- only diverse in lower level roles. Diversity is non existent in management/director/executive roles.
Cons
There has been no strides to create new and competitive products. Zonar used to be a leader in the industry but is now only competitive on name recognition. Competitors are out with innovative new products at a cheaper cost. Internal tools are archaic to say the least. CRM is abysmal, as well as other tools needed to perform. It’s a constant “put a bandaid over it”. The stack of bandaids must reach the moon by now. We have no competent billing system. Customers are unable to make payments online, accounting is consistently overcharging/undercharging customers then rely on members of other teams to correct the situation, causing distrust between customer and customer contact/manager. What happened with Zoom? 10 million to develop that product for it to never launch and get scrapped. Amazing use of resources and finances. Compensation is well below market, especially for Seattle. It’s too expensive and too competitive in the region to live comfortably working at Zonar.
