Pros
Outside of work, the people are great.
Cons
Before you think about working for this company, make sure you research the company and it's executive team in detail. Very hostile work environment with inexperienced management in most departments. No common direction for the company, so all departments create their own rules, which consequently clash with other departments, and we're left with a bunch of in-fighting. Micromanagement and scare tactics are the primary management tool, especially in the customer care department. They don't listen (they flat out don't let you talk most of the time by interrupting you), and worst of all, have no actual experience in management to justify their actions. They lie to you with promises of big money, but in the end, are only worried about the money going into their pockets. They get away with saying their salaries are in line with standards, but that's because they fail to give proper titles to the positions, and therefore pay less for the work being performed. They also lie about wanting to promote from within, and block potential opportunities simply because they aren't experienced enough to deal with the need to back fill positions.
