Pros
Not a lot, work from home is probably it.
Cons
I wouldn't consider this company conducive to a positive career move, The company has gone through an acquisition, they've laid off roughly half the company, moral is extremely low, and Leadership wants to milk their employees and squeeze as much as they can get out of them, otherwise they consider you "not shifting to a new gear." The product/industry has probably hit it's peak margins so the company is/has/will flounder. The benefits and salary are far lower than other competitive software companies, especially in the Seattle area. You get your standard health, life, insurance and 401k, 2 weeks and holidays for vacation. Basically the bare minimum. The culture and leadership is not exciting, and they don't foster self-ownership or create moral - there's a lot of micromanagement in the company and they basically want everyone to be "yes-men."
