They offer a very mature work from home environment and IT is well managed. Generally there was a reasonable work-life balance which allowed for some flexibility with life admin, children, etc.. They also offer allowances, e.g. Wellness.
Cons
The company's recent negative trend appears to stem from the CEO's background in venture capital. The focus on aggressively driving sales has led to a noticeable neglect of professional services and support. For instance, projects often lack the necessary resources, resulting in poor customer satisfaction and employee burnout. Additionally, executive decisions are frequently made with little to no consultation with frontline employees, which has led to decreased morale and key staff leaving. While the CEO's expertise may be in driving revenue, however if he changed his approach to include input from all levels of the company and better support for services/support, he could significantly improve the overall environment and company performance.
