Pros

I've been at Zone for around a year. It's undergone a lot of change, mostly in 2024, as new leadership came on Board. The Company is in a great place with a high level of transparency, which wasn't like the past. Standards have increased, but the new leadership team, it seems, is doing what they can to provide individuals with all the necessary resources to have success.

Cons

Fast-growing environment, as the company is in a place of hyper-growth. The standards are very high, and roles throughout the company are very demanding. That can be a great thing, but not for everyone.

Pros

The process was clear, supportive, and genuinely human from start to finish. Interviewers were warm and curious - not just assessing skills, but genuinely getting to know me. I could feel Zone's values come through in every conversation: momentum, teamwork, and a real drive to make an impact. Onboarding was smooth and well-organized. Everyone I spoke with showed deep respect and trust in each other, from the executive level down.

Honestly, none - the experience exceeded expectations.

Remote work with flexible PTO were the only pros

Cons

Company does not care to establish any sort of culture. Everyone is siloed. Turnover rate is incredibly high, new hires don’t stay long at all. Leadership is invisible and far from motivating. HR is a joke.
