Pros
Um ... worked with some good people who, like me, eventually left. An exodus to the door.
Cons
Now that I've moved on (like everyone eventually will unless you've lost your ambition and career dreams), I've come to realize what a dreadful place that was to work. Simmering resentment between departments, insecure backstabbing aimed at the new hires -- mostly from the grizzled veterans still sitting in a windowless cubicle 20, 25 years later. That was depressing, as was the whole experience. Meh.
