Pros
Well first of all it's the location that is important for me since gas prices are so high right now. I live in Auburn and it's only 15 minutes from Home. The work here is very interesting and I have made somereally good friends. The work atmoshpere is pleasant as well. I like the energy that it gives. The work is pretty easy and easy to learn, and I am impressed that the company has been in business for many years.
Cons
The only thing that I really dislike is that my job was out sourced to India. I know our country likes to help other countries, but I just don't think it's very fair to let people go because of that. Then the forcing of maybe puttin you in a position that is not cut out for you is not very fair. If the company has exhausted all avenues in trying to find a reaplament job then the company shold do everything in it's power to help you find another. It is very devestating to lose your job in this day and age.
