The company offers excellent pay, and it requires a self-motivated approach to fully grasp the intricacies of the business. The colleagues are wonderful to work with, especially those who have been with the company for a long time, provided they are not in upper management.

Cons

The workplace environment is toxic, with prevalent bullying behavior, and the marketing leadership are particularly problematic. Unfortunately, HR is reportedly just as toxic, according to feedback from others within the company. Additionally, the company struggles to attract customers to their live events, which are intended to connect with clients. This raises questions about how the company manages to generate revenue
