The organization cultivated a collaborative and supportive culture, with a friendly environment that made it easy to connect with colleagues across teams. I particularly appreciated the accessibility of senior leadership, which helped foster transparency, open communication, and a strong sense of community.

      Cons

      As the company evolved and brought in talent from organizations such as Cisco and VMware, there were natural shifts in team dynamics and ways of working. With growth and change often come new perspectives and challenges, and this period was no exception. While it required some adjustment, it also highlighted how organizations continuously adapt as they scale.

      Nothing about this company is worth noting.

      Cons

      One of the worst companies I have worked at. Management and leadership are disorganized and unsupportive. Employees get treated like dogs and are talked down to. No work life balance because everything is an escalation or because some “head” requested something. For a company so well regarded, they sure know to how be cheap and take away benefits. Parental leave is basically a slap you in the face. Comp is high but expect to have that dangled in your face or else you get let go. On site lunch and breakfast is nice but how much can you sugar coat the terrible work conditions with little snacks? Everything is such a mess. I’ve been here for almost 7 months and have not met a single person that enjoys their job. DO NOT JOIN ZOOM!
