Pros

Selling a product that is undeniably leaps and bounds ahead of it's competition is a slam dunk. The best part, however, is without a doubt the culture. Being surrounded by a family of colleagues, striving toward a common goal, and having boat loads of fun in the process can not be beat. We are in the right place, at the right time, with the right people. I never, in my wildest dreams, imagined I would love what I do as much as I do at Zoom.

Cons

It's hard thinking it will ever be as good as this.

Nothing about this company is worth noting.

Cons

One of the worst companies I have worked at. Management and leadership are disorganized and unsupportive. Employees get treated like dogs and are talked down to. No work life balance because everything is an escalation or because some “head” requested something. For a company so well regarded, they sure know to how be cheap and take away benefits. Parental leave is basically a slap you in the face. Comp is high but expect to have that dangled in your face or else you get let go. On site lunch and breakfast is nice but how much can you sugar coat the terrible work conditions with little snacks? Everything is such a mess. I’ve been here for almost 7 months and have not met a single person that enjoys their job. DO NOT JOIN ZOOM!
