Pros

Zoom's culture of delivering happiness is not just limited to the customers, it is also equally applicable for its employees. The way Zoom Cares for its employees it's tough to compare with other employers. Best Assets, Best Welcome, Best WFH flexibility, Best Way to make sure even we are at distance from teammates but we are equally close as well. The way Zoom celebrates all key festivals of all countries are just remarkable. CEO Eric S. Yuan have been the best CEO I've ever worked for.

Cons

I wish I could really find a con to write here. I love being a Zoomie and very happy to be a part of Zoom Family.

Nothing about this company is worth noting.

Cons

One of the worst companies I have worked at. Management and leadership are disorganized and unsupportive. Employees get treated like dogs and are talked down to. No work life balance because everything is an escalation or because some “head” requested something. For a company so well regarded, they sure know to how be cheap and take away benefits. Parental leave is basically a slap you in the face. Comp is high but expect to have that dangled in your face or else you get let go. On site lunch and breakfast is nice but how much can you sugar coat the terrible work conditions with little snacks? Everything is such a mess. I’ve been here for almost 7 months and have not met a single person that enjoys their job. DO NOT JOIN ZOOM!
