Questionable Leadership Team in Asia. Covering up the real problems in Asia and protecting their own "friends".
Some examples include getting sales to inflate the sales pipeline, even without any real opportunities (en-masse). Rigging employee engagement survey, by asking people to put in more favourable comments. These are all covering up the real situation and problems in Asia.
Wide pay-scale disparity even being in the SAME role. The salary disparity could be at least 2-3x difference. No I am not kidding. The higher bands are of course to the "friends".
Some "friends" got away with non-compliant practices, huge red-flag non-compliant practices including circumventing the system to get a huge commission payout. While some were being punished severely, "Friends" on the other hand got away unscathed.
Also, targets were assigned unevenly. "Friends" are getting very lower targets and they probably own 60-70% of the addressable market, and overachieving their targets.
How can Asia grow when those dedicated to the business are being punished, while "friends" are allowed to benefit and take advantage of the "friendship"?
