The leadership team is very clear about why ZOOM+ exists, and why they are so passionate about what we're building. - The company has a management philosophy, and it's clear what's expected. - Working with brilliant, smart, "all-in" co-workers. The company is all about hiring, and retaining A-players. (B and C players are not tolerated, part of why there are so many negative reviews.) - Huge potential for growth, and learning from visionary leaders and providers. - ZOOM believes in making, not meeting. It's not a company of decks or other corporate time wasters. If you love to build prototypes and ship products, iterating, and never feeling "finished", ZOOM is a great fit.

- Everyone works hard, so you have to set your own boundaries for work-life balance. - You have to be smart and get-up-to-speed quickly. Success if very tied to being on a great team, with a manager that helps you success and enables you to get things done.
