Pros
Co-workers are awesome and 3.5 days off
Cons
There are a lot of cons to this company. They still consider themselves a startup, but have been around for over 10 years. The way they treat their employees (especially associates) is abusive, similar to an abusive relationship where they say they will change, do for a minute, then go right back to their old habits. Getting breaks and lunches are non-existent, associates do the job of 3 or 4 people, and employee support lacks heavily. Even though you do get 3.5 days off, want to request some time off for a holiday? Think again, getting time off is impossible as you will constantly be denied any time off. Managers do not respond right away to employee concerns and will leave you hanging most of the time. The revolving door of unstable policies leaves employees confused with a lot of miscommunications between departments. No one is ever on the same page nor even told the same information. I'm not even sure the CEO knows what's going on, let alone middle management.
