Pros
The people are amazing and the schedule is great
Cons
Management- literally could care less about you Upper Management- has zero clue on how to run a business Technology- love to make their own systems that fail often (has nothing to do with the people who work in tech, more of the fact that the company loves to push things that take more time then they would like and then change their minds in the middle of all the hard work the tech team has put in) The company cares more about their image than the people who works for them. The metaphor I think that sums up the company at best is that they are forever launching rockets AND THEN try to figure out where it's going to land. They would rather spend thousands of dollars on branding five different ties and influencers than give their employees basic needs. Not to mention it's cult-like tendencies. They have us call our patients "Sarah's" and employees "Emmas/Zoomers" instead of using normal terms like "patients" and "employees" like any other healthcare system. It's a very toxic work environment from top to bottom, doesn't matter the role, the team or the management.
