Pros
The camaraderie between coworkers was great and even though we all worked remotely, it felt like our internal communication was still very effective and didn't make it feel like we were working alone. The healthcare benefits and front-loaded paid holiday hours were nice as well.
Cons
The pay was mediocre and upper management did not care. I worked with the company for almost a year and a half and did go from starting at $16/hr to $17 after 6 months and then up again to $18 when they raised the starting rate, but then after I had been there for a year I was still making $18 which was the same as the new hires who had been working there for 3 weeks. Anytime we had Town Halls or were asked for our input as to what would make working there better, we always mentioned the pay and lack of raises structure and were always met with "we're working on it" and never saw results.
