Thank you for sharing your experience and for recognizing the value of the product and early-career exposure to tech sales. Our sales organization does need to stay flexible in response to the market, which can mean adjustments to targets and plan structures over time, as is common in most sales environments. To clarify one point, we have not made any reductions to SDR core compensation plans. In fact, semiannual raises are built into our core compensation plans for SDRs. Your feedback is helpful as we continue to improve how we communicate these changes.
