What impressed me most isn't just the features themselves, but the intentionality behind the evolution with a team that is clearly building with a strong point of view on where GTM intelligence is headed. Beyond the product, the culture is something I respect. There's a real emphasis on openness, collaboration, and driving cross-functional alignment. Doing that consistently at this scale is not.

But this feels like an industry-wide growing pain rather than a ZoomInfo company specific problem. AI is reshaping how GTM teams think about data, intent, and outreach, and there's still real uncertainty about where the dust settles. The fundamentals are strong, and I believe the company is well-positioned to come out ahead once the market normalizes.
