Pros

Honestly, the people make this place. As a PM, I've worked with some really talented, collaborative teams — there's a genuine sense of "we're in this together" that you don't always find. Teams work well together and there's real trust across functions. Also exciting to see AI becoming part of how we actually work day to day, not just something we talk about — it's shaping how teams think and operate, and that energy is contagious.

Cons

Everything is virtual, which works, but you do feel the gap when it comes to in-person collaboration. Hard to replicate that whiteboard-in-a-room energy over a Zoom call. Offsites are rare and that's a miss.

Thank you for the thoughtful review. We are glad the collaboration and trust across teams stand out for you, and that you are seeing AI show up in meaningful, day-to-day ways. We also hear you on the gap that can come with fully virtual work. Feedback like this helps inform how we design connection, team communication, and intentional in-person moments. Thanks for helping build the “win together” culture you described. – Victor Oliveros, ZoomInfo VP of Product Management

Pros

Great place to work with a lot of forward thinking leaders to learn from. Really ahead of other companies on implementing AI in the business. Moves much faster with less bureaucracy than other similarly sized companies

Cons

Difficult macro environment for the company and industry

Pros

Good pay, good benefits and great office.

Cons

Poor hiring decisions, recent layoffs eliminated mostly remote employees because they are prioritizing in office employees, especially with recent investment in office. RIF was not at all based on performance which meant that some in office employees who don't know what they are doing got to keep their job. You have to suck up to management to get promoted and a lot of really good reps leave as a result of constant micro-management.
