Pros

ZoomInfo has a genuinely strong culture of accessibility and collaboration. The management structure is relatively flat, which means you can engage directly with senior leaders without layers of bureaucracy. That includes regular visibility and access to Henry Schuck, which is unusual and valuable. Decision making is fast and pragmatic. Ideas move quickly from discussion to action, and there is a clear bias toward getting things done rather than over-analysing. The overall quality of people across the organisation is very high. Teams are capable, motivated, and supportive of one another. There is a strong sense that people want each other to succeed, and that shows up in day-to-day interactions and cross-team work. There is also a consistency in how the company approaches value creation. People understand the mission and pull in the same direction, which makes collaboration easier and more effective.

Cons

The pace can be intense at times, particularly given the speed of decision making and execution. This can require a high level of personal organisation and resilience. Because things move quickly, there can occasionally be a need to revisit or refine decisions after initial implementation. This is part of the trade-off for speed but can create some short-term ambiguity.

Great place to work with a lot of forward thinking leaders to learn from. Really ahead of other companies on implementing AI in the business. Moves much faster with less bureaucracy than other similarly sized companies

Difficult macro environment for the company and industry

Pros

Good pay, good benefits and great office.

Cons

Poor hiring decisions, recent layoffs eliminated mostly remote employees because they are prioritizing in office employees, especially with recent investment in office. RIF was not at all based on performance which meant that some in office employees who don't know what they are doing got to keep their job. You have to suck up to management to get promoted and a lot of really good reps leave as a result of constant micro-management.
