Pros

I've never worked with so many people who are as smart, talented, and dedicated as I have here at DiscoverOrg, and I genuinely look forward to getting up and coming in to work every day. The opportunities are great: we're growing so explosively that you get the chance to learn new things and stretch yourself constantly, and the leadership does a good job of listening to employees and has continuously invested in our team. It's also just a really fun place to be. There's a strong sense of camaraderie, a lot of people hang out with each other after work, and I love how much the company values diversity -- it's obvious pretty quickly that the people here are welcoming of all races, genders, and political stripes, and it's encouraging and refreshing to see how many women are on our leadership team. It's also cool that management has been sponsoring team sports and gym nights lately, and there's karaoke and happy hours too, all of which are nice opportunities to bond with your coworkers. It might be a cliche to say it, but we really do work hard and play hard. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Cons

Growing quickly can sometimes be tough because there always seems to be more work to do than available hands to do it, but management knows that everyone is working hard and continues to bring in talented people to help handle the load. I feel really good about the direction we're headed in.

Pros

Good pay, good benefits and great office.

Cons

Poor hiring decisions, recent layoffs eliminated mostly remote employees because they are prioritizing in office employees, especially with recent investment in office. RIF was not at all based on performance which meant that some in office employees who don't know what they are doing got to keep their job. You have to suck up to management to get promoted and a lot of really good reps leave as a result of constant micro-management.
