Pros

The Company has the vast amount of business contact information. ZoomInfo's revenue is growing at a steady speed through good marketing and sales team.

Cons

Data is the key for Zoominfo. But these are gathered through hand-featured engineering and heuristics. Therefore, sometimes they are not accurate. For example, there will be an article saying that company X has Y number of employees, which are from the official sources. But ZoomInfo database would say that this number larger than 4-5 times than the actual number. The fact about human data is they always change as times passes. e.g. when they move to another company. Keeping up with this and detecting false positives are a challenge for this company.

We look for talent and results driven people to join our organization. Successful team members innovate and look for ways to improve the quality of our data. We want people who are driven to use new technology and to be a part of building a stronger underlying architecture around our data with quality at the forefront. These are exciting times to be at ZoomInfo for those with the passion, grit, and determination to be a part of it. -Nir, Chief Technology Officer

Pros

Good pay, good benefits and great office.

Cons

Poor hiring decisions, recent layoffs eliminated mostly remote employees because they are prioritizing in office employees, especially with recent investment in office. RIF was not at all based on performance which meant that some in office employees who don't know what they are doing got to keep their job. You have to suck up to management to get promoted and a lot of really good reps leave as a result of constant micro-management.
