Pros

Title pretty much sums it up... DiscoverOrg is growing QUICKLY, and that gives people with a bit of chutzpah the chance to really thrive. You'll never have a boring day. There's always a new challenge to take on, a new problem to solve. And you'll get the chance to do so side-by-side with some pretty great coworkers. When you walk around either of the floors at DiscoverOrg's downtown Vancouver, Washington HQ, you can feel the energy created by talented people hard at work. The company's fast growth means the opportunity to solve some very interesting problems, and to develop the tools and systems that will allow DiscoverOrg to continue to thrive in the future. You'll be walking into a situation in which, from Day One, you're making valuable, recognized contributions.

Cons

There's a flip side to that growth rate... once a company reaches a certain size, the practices that got it there are no longer sustainable, and the transition from the early phases to the more mature part of a company's life cycle can present some challenges. If you aren't comfortable with ambiguity, if you work better when you have a play book to guide you in any situation, or if having to change your plans at the drop of a hat drives you crazy, this may not be the best fit.

Pros

Great place to work with a lot of forward thinking leaders to learn from. Really ahead of other companies on implementing AI in the business. Moves much faster with less bureaucracy than other similarly sized companies

Cons

Difficult macro environment for the company and industry

Pros

Good pay, good benefits and great office.

Cons

Poor hiring decisions, recent layoffs eliminated mostly remote employees because they are prioritizing in office employees, especially with recent investment in office. RIF was not at all based on performance which meant that some in office employees who don't know what they are doing got to keep their job. You have to suck up to management to get promoted and a lot of really good reps leave as a result of constant micro-management.
