Pros

Co-workers are good. People in the team help to get work done

Cons

Too much pressure on the employees to get work done. There is no point in bringing a software life cycle process if all deadlines are overwritten by upper management.

ZoomInfo Response

The levels of pressure at ZoomInfo are high. The environment we operate in, ie: growing through COVID, growing through success, isn’t a good fit for everyone. The kind of employees we are looking for are people that will help us be better, people that will work with us to build the structure for improvement, efficiency, and overcome challenges. ZoomInfo has put tools in place to give us insight into where we can adjust, and we rely on our employees to adopt those tools and work to improve. An important part of the ZoomInfo culture is creating an open door environment. We need employees that will speak up, come to me, the CEO, or any senior leader and talk to us about where we are going wrong and how we can improve. Leadership is well aware that our employees are the reason for the company’s success, many senior leaders are people who started in the company and grew into their roles. Getting Stuff Done is part of our values and culture, and is to be embraced. -Nir, Chief Technology Officer

Pros

Good pay, good benefits and great office.

Cons

Poor hiring decisions, recent layoffs eliminated mostly remote employees because they are prioritizing in office employees, especially with recent investment in office. RIF was not at all based on performance which meant that some in office employees who don't know what they are doing got to keep their job. You have to suck up to management to get promoted and a lot of really good reps leave as a result of constant micro-management.
