Cons

I echo everything in the review titled, "Incredibly disorganized, not interested in doing things the right way"

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It’s great to hear that you had a positive experience with your colleagues. I feel the same way: we have a team of incredibly talented folks that are a genuine pleasure to work beside. I do sometimes think that we engineers, who love precision and order, can be a bit flippant about the use of the word ‘chaos’, but your point stands. When you grow 50% year over year, scaling an engineering organization can be a monumental task, and I’m very proud of how we’ve risen to the occasion. Very few other organizations could have produced what we have in the amount of time we brought it to market. But, as you know, we’re always striving to get 1% better, and there is still work to be done. We are currently working diligently on building efficiencies within our resourcing and workstreams, which include frameworks for planning, and metrics to measure quality, efficiency, performance, and stability. I personally am very enthusiastic about where we’re headed, and I’m grateful for the feedback that helps us continue improving. I wish you all the best in your career! – Madhav Nair, ZoomInfo SVP of Engineering

Pros

Great place to work with a lot of forward thinking leaders to learn from. Really ahead of other companies on implementing AI in the business. Moves much faster with less bureaucracy than other similarly sized companies

Cons

Difficult macro environment for the company and industry

Pros

Good pay, good benefits and great office.

Cons

Poor hiring decisions, recent layoffs eliminated mostly remote employees because they are prioritizing in office employees, especially with recent investment in office. RIF was not at all based on performance which meant that some in office employees who don't know what they are doing got to keep their job. You have to suck up to management to get promoted and a lot of really good reps leave as a result of constant micro-management.
