Pros
I joined ZoomInfo recently (just about 2 months ago), and I've been very happy with my decision! I thought I'd share my observations, experience and perspective so far - hopefully this would help anyone considering (or not *yet* considering) ZI:
- The tech stack is pretty awesome - we build stuff on GCP (Dataflow, BigQuery, Bigtable, Pub/Sub, Kafka, Apache Beam, Spark, etc) using Scala, Java, Python
- We play with Vector and Graph databases (Pinecone and Neo4J + Cypher)
- We deal with Big Data and run services at scale
- The roadmap is exciting and packed with challenging problems + impactful projects
- There are a ton of learning and growth opportunities
- My co-workers are talented and ambitious
- The environment is engaging, collaborative, supportive and inclusive
- We have good work-life balance + overall benefits package
Cons
I was originally going to say "on-call", BUT the rotation is *not* bad at all - so, I suppose I don't have any cons to share. In general though, on-call is nothing specific to ZoomInfo anyway...
