Pros
Top 3: 1. Growing really fast - which means a lot of opportunity and everyone is motivated 2. Small enough to see impact - while growing, we're still small enough that you get to know people and see the impact of your work 3. Great management, product and people - I really like everyone I work with, management know what they're doing and the product is something people need. It's the ideal combination.
Cons
Nothing major, but these are 3: 1. Around half the company is new, because of fast growth, so there are a few experts who know everything that are taxed in terms of time 2. Having people spread out between multiple offices while growing so rapidly causes some communication breakdowns and duplication of efforts, but when voiced to management, they acknowledged and are working to fix it. 3. As with any start-up, you always feel like you can't get enough done, so it takes some discipline to disconnect. Mainly, the one putting pressure on you is you - so work/life balance is a decision you have to make
