      Pros

      Team culture is generally strong depending on the group, and collaboration feels good. The food is genuinely great, and day-to-day work can be enjoyable with helpful colleagues.

      Cons

      Promotion is very slow, and career progression can feel unclear or stagnant at times.

      Pros

      Best things in sequence - Food (breakfast, lunch, dinner), Very nice office environment, not high-pressure performance stress. I am very optimistic about their future.

      Cons

      Pay is on the lower side; most engineers are imported from Michigan - but still they say we are in Bay Area for the Talent lol. They don't always hire the best of the bunch - Interview is easy overall. Hiring friends/friends of friends might be a thing, who knows. Employee retention is an issue.
