      - leadership has great vision and cares about its employees - management cares about physical and mental health of employees, rather than just being goal-driven

      Cons

      - growing too fast can lead to corporate inefficiencies (e.g. constantly onboarding new people) - like most tech companies, could stand to better represent women and other minority groups in STEM

      Pros

      Best things in sequence - Food (breakfast, lunch, dinner), Very nice office environment, not high-pressure performance stress. I am very optimistic about their future.

      Cons

      Pay is on the lower side; most engineers are imported from Michigan - but still they say we are in Bay Area for the Talent lol. They don't always hire the best of the bunch - Interview is easy overall. Hiring friends/friends of friends might be a thing, who knows. Employee retention is an issue.
