      Pros

      The product is great. I think the approach to autonomy is the right way to do it. The food is great and I enjoy the weekly all hands. Recently got a ride in the vehicle and it was very impressive.

      Cons

      Some competitors pay more cash. We need to grow yesterday. Hard to connect with new employees remotely. Time will tell on equity, but it could even things out. Vesting could be better.

      Pros

      Best things in sequence - Food (breakfast, lunch, dinner), Very nice office environment, not high-pressure performance stress. I am very optimistic about their future.

      Cons

      Pay is on the lower side; most engineers are imported from Michigan - but still they say we are in Bay Area for the Talent lol. They don't always hire the best of the bunch - Interview is easy overall. Hiring friends/friends of friends might be a thing, who knows. Employee retention is an issue.
