      eco-conscious, socially conscious mission and vision, great managers and leaders, career flexibility, incredibly transparent company, great crew and culture

      WLB can be challenging, but the company is conscious of this and constantly working to better this

      Pros

      Best things in sequence - Food (breakfast, lunch, dinner), Very nice office environment, not high-pressure performance stress. I am very optimistic about their future.

      Cons

      Pay is on the lower side; most engineers are imported from Michigan - but still they say we are in Bay Area for the Talent lol. They don't always hire the best of the bunch - Interview is easy overall. Hiring friends/friends of friends might be a thing, who knows. Employee retention is an issue.
