      Pros

      Mission minded team; company does its best to update people on all aspects of the vehicle. Co-workers are helpful. They do not water down their problems and they really want their work to be safe and high-quality.

      Cons

      Some of the work is a little disorganized, but then this provides a lot of growth opportunities for workers who want to improve the system.

      Pros

      Best things in sequence - Food (breakfast, lunch, dinner), Very nice office environment, not high-pressure performance stress. I am very optimistic about their future.

      Cons

      Pay is on the lower side; most engineers are imported from Michigan - but still they say we are in Bay Area for the Talent lol. They don't always hire the best of the bunch - Interview is easy overall. Hiring friends/friends of friends might be a thing, who knows. Employee retention is an issue.
