      Great work culture, product, coworkers, pay, and it's a fun place to be.

      Cons

      Firmed up processes need to be established, along with buy-in from the cross-functional teams. Meeting-heavy schedules leaves little to no time for work, creativity, establishing/enforcing processes.

      Pros

      Best things in sequence - Food (breakfast, lunch, dinner), Very nice office environment, not high-pressure performance stress. I am very optimistic about their future.

      Cons

      Pay is on the lower side; most engineers are imported from Michigan - but still they say we are in Bay Area for the Talent lol. They don't always hire the best of the bunch - Interview is easy overall. Hiring friends/friends of friends might be a thing, who knows. Employee retention is an issue.
