This is a family-run business that has not scaled its business very well over the years. Internal family politics holds this place back from being a stellar business. Internally unstable with infighting, dead-end decision-making, poor business planning, and a panicked retreat from metrics. Be prepared for a short, confusing, and frustrating stay or a mid-length career marred by political maneuvering and backstabbing. A lot of people get hired and then dropped after 6 months as there was no real role or senior leader(s) change their mind (happens all the time).
