High-level strategic decisions always aim for quick wins and never account for long-term implications. Promotions and compensation are primarily facilitated by who you know, not your work. Overall, the company repeatedly makes the same major mistakes/decisions; they fail to acknowledge or allocate resources to broken processes or workflows, and operational teams have become overworked and burned out due to constant layoffs.
