1.) Job Security. Layoffs are now every month, here and there we hear that x people have been fired. Performance is not only the criteria, upper management is not having clarity. If a ZINC is opened in your name even if you have not caused that issue, you are done finished, pack your bags. 2.) Extreme Work Pressure: Always need to over-perform and still your job security is not guaranteed. Extreme tight deadlines and unrealistic sprint pressures. 3.) Micro management is on peak, well this also depends on who your manager is. 4.) Professionalism is going down, managers don't listen to your problems, they become the problem.
