Pros
Zudy offers a great collaborative experience. Every day I feel like I get to make a substantial contribution to the platform. Being able to directly interact with both co- founders of the company, I get the impression that my voice is heard. Since I started with the company before product launch, it has been amazing to see the growth in the past two years.
Cons
Since Zudy has been growing rapidly there has been some growing pains. Finding the right people to add to the team has been challenging and the learning curve for new hires can be really steep. Projects are on fast time frames which can be stressful at times.
