Accelerated career path. Opportunity to work across various industries, and gain exposure to many different types of software. Anyone willing to learn and grow in their role will do really well, really fast.

Cons

Recent turnover from the first generation of VINYL developers has been difficult, but it has opened the door for new talent to step up and execute on our company goals. This has fostered a more collaborative, emerging leadership team with fresh ideas and perspectives to drive the company forward. Perhaps this is the refresh Zudy needed to move forward.

Cons

poor leadership ran off the good leaders and talent. left a very toxic environment that included publicly belittling people (many people, frequently). It was very awkward and uncomfortable.
