Pros
Flexible schedule, opportunity for growth, eager to teach. I had very good exeriences wuth admin and was given opportunities I never would have received elsewhere
Cons
Certain people get treated differently, and everyone knows. Sometimes there is a bubble where issues are ugnored because its easier than dealing with them. New managerment, and I use that term loosely, was brought into my department and it quickly turned into a place I loved to work into me dreading working with those new individuals. Many formal complaints against one of them and they are still there-doing nothing and collecting a large salary
