Pros

Salary is competitive but benefits are not competitive. Very little oversight which makes work easier.

Cons

Laid off most of Covid furlough employees after asking them to furlough in the first place. They fired all cleaning staff and cut back on supplies, putting employees and patients at risk.

weekly pay (acept pay roll person is a major witch) good atmosphere. good managers. they support you

we get paid ok but not enough for how the patients treat us. and now we are a collections agency
