Pros
Great place to get yourself a lot of experience and learn advanced modalities like MRI AND CT. If you can handle the work flow here you can work anywhere. Great coworkers.
Cons
Schedule is unreasonable. 20 minute time slot for 30 minute protocol. No time aside for starting lines or pt to do paperwork, you have 20 mins for paperwork, line, and protocol. Pts can show up 2 hours late and you'll be expected to scan them. no room for advancement. Management is non existent, often feel like independent contractors. Rare to receive pay increase. Nobody cares about you at all. Health insurance is a joke. Owner states company profit is down but then hell open up 3 new offices a week later.
