Pros
Kiss butt and get all the perks you want. You can steal from the company, be lazy, and post on social media and go to the park while “on the clock”.
Cons
Too many to list Fraud.. well you saw that on tv already. Anyone with a brain or a backbone gets fired or laid off. Good thing patients follow techs out of there, because they know a good employee when they meet one. Management lacks credentials and are allowed to bully staff. Management calls people “cancers” and other rude names, but then again most of the staff calls the COO & CEO wayyyyyy worse!
