Besides meeting some lovely coworkers along the way, it is truly difficult to think of anything positive about this company

This company is really headed for the ground fast. The owner cares more about money than his own patients and employees (google zwanger pesiri Medicare/Medicaid fraud) This decision is reflected in the low paying positions, $0.35 “raises” and a holiday bonus that was sincerely insulting. The company has been ran by nepotism for too long. Management lacks basic coordination and interpersonal skill. There is no room to grow or advance in your career unless you are related to someone higher up, or are sleeping with one of the married executive operating officers. HR is an absolute joke but just another reflection of the company making yet another bad decision to hire a nepotism baby rather than a skilled leader. Employees who worked with the company 5+ years were laid off during the pandemic and newer, lesser paid employees were kept. Once you’re trained and working your life and well being is no longer relevant and it’s just about how many phone calls you take in one day. What this company did was help exaggerate my anxiety and depression, as I was just trying to survive and make a living, but was knocked down every step of the way. Turn around is very quick here. I took the advice of many who left before me and found a better position at an organization who values its employees and the hard work that is done. Zwanger Pesiri is by far the most toxic work environments Ive ever come across
