Pros

Excellent company, from day one I’ve been very happy to shape a great role for myself here. I’ve personally seen our products make a difference to the performance of the company. It feels very fulfilling to see how in a short period of time we have changed how children are transported and customer experience is superior using our technology. It’s really inspiring and motivating! The company provides good care and support: professional development opportunities, competitive salary, medical, dental and vision benefits, unlimited vacation policy, wellbeing support programs. I’m committed to my work at Zum, because I can achieve both professional and personal fulfillment every day.

Cons

There are moments when I cannot be focused when working from home, I became a little desperate, coping with that “always-on” feeling. Scheduling my tasks is helpful to better manage my time.

Pros

One thing that stands out to me is the consistency. The schedule is predictable, expectations are reasonable, and the environment remains professional. The position has been a positive experience for me because I know what to expect from week to week.

Cons

I don’t have any concerns about the driving conditions.

Pros

The office was in an accessible location. My coworkers themselves were not difficult to work with.

Cons

• The team's project management system was nothing more than a shared Google Sheet. • The supposed operational infrastructure did not exist. No database, automation, or real task tracking system. • Repeated requests for basic tools were ignored and met with empty promises about future budgets. • The role became constantly inventing solutions while manually doing work proper systems should have handled. • Everything was built on workarounds and personal memory, making growth nearly impossible. • After six months of creating fixes for problems that should have been automated, there was simply nothing left to improve.
