Pros

The only pro I can think of is that once I finish this section I can move onto the important information.

Cons

A note to the Board Of Directors. This company has gone as far as it can with this leadership team and if you don’t bring in REAL EXECUTIVES from the TOP down it is going to FAIL. Senior leadership was the most unprofessional, disorganized, and flat out rudest group of executives I have ever encountered. This isn’t how you treat the employees who are killing themselves for you but it is also clear that you don’t care about them. Diversity and inclusion? NOT HERE. Company culture? NONE. As another review said so much in the interview process is just lies. Wait until you commit to working there and you’ll soon see the treatment and the lies. Don’t buy into the fake smiles. Do yourself a favor and believe every negative review and unless you are desperate (desperate!) save yourself from the degradation you will suffer from this very poorly run business!

Pros

One thing that stands out to me is the consistency. The schedule is predictable, expectations are reasonable, and the environment remains professional. The position has been a positive experience for me because I know what to expect from week to week.

Cons

I don’t have any concerns about the driving conditions.

Pros

The office was in an accessible location. My coworkers themselves were not difficult to work with.

Cons

• The team's project management system was nothing more than a shared Google Sheet. • The supposed operational infrastructure did not exist. No database, automation, or real task tracking system. • Repeated requests for basic tools were ignored and met with empty promises about future budgets. • The role became constantly inventing solutions while manually doing work proper systems should have handled. • Everything was built on workarounds and personal memory, making growth nearly impossible. • After six months of creating fixes for problems that should have been automated, there was simply nothing left to improve.
