Pros
alliantgroup has played a big role in building my foundation in IT & cybersecurity. I’ve learned a lot through hands-on experience, mentorship, and being pushed to grow in a fast-paced, competitive environment. As my first full-time job, it helped me gain real confidence in my skills and understand what it takes to succeed in this field.
Cons
The workload can get pretty heavy, and long hours happen more often than you’d expect. There’s no separate sick leave, so you end up using PTO when you’re not feeling well. Raises can also be tough to get, and the process behind them isn’t always very clear.
