Management is manipulative, and favoritism and unfair treatment are clearly visible, with employees being treated based on personal alignment rather than performance. There are no standard processes, no transparency, and no clear hierarchy. Multiple concerns have been raised over time, but they are largely ignored, resulting in no meaningful improvement. Employees who do not align with management often face excessive pressure and mental exhaustion.
