Pros
- I genuinely liked the people I worked with. - Catered lunches are a nice way to make sure you never leave your desk.
Cons
- You will have no life outside of this company. I am not exaggerating. - This company demands the very best and then some, but won’t pay you your market value. Or anywhere close to it. The bonuses are nice, but they’re not worth it when you think about the revenue that you generated for the company and the extra hours and stress that it took you to earn them. - Your supervisors will insist that they won’t micromanage you, but they absolutely will. Everybody goes through hours of “mocks” because management wants to make sure that you look flawless in front of a client. It’s all about making the best impression on the client! God forbid you word something awkwardly or go off of the script. This will hold back your promotion for weeks or months, and then you will be told that it’s your own fault for not spending even more time outside of client service hours to study (literally study) or prepare. - When you decide that it’s time to leave—and you will—you will be stuck because you will have no time to search for a job that you actually care about. - Speaking of leaving: turnover is crazy here. It’s rare to find people who last more than a year. - All of the positive reviews here are fake. All of them. Every single one.
