Pros
The only pro is that I did meet a few nice people.
Cons
I was a full-time employee with alliantgroup - taking a chance after reading all the negative reviews. I was sorry after 3 months time. This was the worst job I have ever had in my whole career history. The reviews that describe the company as cult-like are very true. You're either with the "in" crowd, or you're completely ostracized until you quit. This CEO rules by fear, you are beaten down until you think that you are no longer capable of getting a new job. The amount of mental abuse is deplorable. You feel bad for your friends that you see take it, and you're terrified you'll be next. You completely give up all of your free time, and you are given no choice but to do so. You eat, sleep, and breathe this company, and dread your everyday at it. I honestly don't know how people last there for any significant amount of time. The salary is considerable, but the money becomes not worth it. I actually took a pay cut to leave and take another job. I read a review that stated you will never recover when you leave this job - and it's true. I feel a touch of PTSD to this day whenever I make a mistake. It is truly a terrible environment, and it does take some time to recover from being employed there. It sounds very dramatic, but it is the most accurate description. Don't be fooled, trust the reviews, and look for a company with better ethics, consideration, and culture. You will not regretting passing this one by.
