Pros
The only positives I can think of are that the benefits are somewhat decent and lunch is free. If you want to stay extremely busy or need some work experience, then this would be the place for you. But make sure to know you’re worth and know when to get out.
Cons
There is no work life balance unless you are senior associate or director. You will work for hours and hours, even on weekends because you have so much work load. Management likes to promote people based on how much you bleed the company culture, hard workers are overlooked. The company focuses too much on metrics and performance rather then the mental health of their employees. If you ask for help, help will only be temporary because there isn’t enough people and everyone else is overworked. Processes and protocols constantly change and only make the job more difficult and inefficient. The company’s core values are used to tear people down not up. You will have feedback meetings and development meets where criticism is not constructive nor helpful.
